The Egghead Arc, constituting the inaugural chapter of the Final Saga in Eiichiro Oda’s original manga, thrusts Luffy and the Straw Hats onto an island housing the enigmatic laboratory of Dr. Vegapunk. This sets the stage for a gripping narrative intertwined with a major conspiracy involving the World Government, a storyline that continues to unfold in the latest manga chapters.
For avid viewers eager to dive into this new adventure, the episodes of One Piece are currently available for streaming on Crunchyroll. Additionally, starting January 13th, fans can catch the action on Netflix as well.
The anticipation surrounding the Egghead Arc is not limited to its storyline alone; the anime treats fans to a fresh opening theme, “A-su!,” by the returning Hiroshi Kitadani, who previously provided the anime’s inaugural opening.
