We do not ship during holiday times, so any orders placed during said times will be sent the following days.

Some items are print-on-demand and fulfilled through an outside source, so if you notice any issues with misprinted/damaged/defective items, send us an email and we will exchange that item.

For exchanges due to wrong size ordered or return requests not due to any of the aforementioned issues, then those shipping charges will be non-refundable.

Certain accessory items (i.e. bands, stickers, buttons, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
