Questions concerning our shop, returns/exchanges, or order support, should be directed to:


Shipping can take 5-7 days depending on your location. There is a 2-7 day processing time for print-on-demand items.

We do not ship during holiday times (except for print-on-demand items), so any orders placed during said times will be sent the following days.

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it will be returned to us. Any re-shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

For orders lost in transit, please contact us no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

We do not offer refunds for orders marked as delivered. Re-shipping and/or re-printing (for print-on-demand items) charges will be paid by the customer.


Some items are print-on-demand and are fulfilled through an outside source, so if you notice any issues with misprinted/damaged/defective items, send us an email and we will exchange that item.

For exchanges due to wrong size ordered or return requests not due to any of the aforementioned issues, then those shipping charges will be non-refundable.

Print-on-demand items are not eligible for exchanges or returns due to wrong sizes (so double check our size charts) or “buyer’s remorse.”

Certain accessory items (i.e. bands, stickers, buttons, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Customers have 21-days after delivery to request a return/exchange.
