Demon Slayer and anime fans rejoice! Aniplex just pulled back the curtain on the highly anticipated Demon Slayer Season 4 with a dazzling new teaser trailer. Brace yourselves, because the Hashira Arc is making its grand entrance in Spring 2024, kicking off with an epic one-hour special episode. Ufotable, the powerhouse behind the series, got the green light in June 2023 to continue their stellar work.
The teaser treated fans to some heart-pounding action sequences, featuring not just Tanjiro but the whole crew, Inosuke, Zenitsu, Nezuko, and company.
But there’s even more news. An exciting movie, Demon Slayer: To The Hashira Training, is hitting 4K and IMAX screens on February 23, 2024. It’s not just any movie, it packs Episode 11 of Demon Slayer Season 3 and Episode 1 of the upcoming Hashira Training Arc anime together. It’s also going on a “World Tour” across more than 140 countries.
Haruo Sotozaki is back in the director’s chair at Ufotable, with Akira Matsushima as the Chief Animation Director and Character Designer. The voice cast remains top-notch, with Natsuki Hanae as Tanjiro, Akari Kito as Nezuko, Hiro Shimono as Zenitsu, and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Inosuke. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, Takahiro Sakurai, Katsyuki Konishi, Kengo Kawanishi, Kana Hanazawa, Saori Hayami, Kenichi Suzumura, and Tomokazu Sugita are lending their voices to the elite Hashira.
Intense training awaits Tanjiro as he strives to reach Hashira-level strength under the rigorous guidance of the Stone Hashira, Himejima. Meanwhile, Muzan continues to search for Nezuko and Ubuyashiki. His journey promises jaw-dropping power-ups and epic clashes, all in preparation to take on the formidable antagonist Muzan and the menacing Upper Moon Demons.
