Prolific Rapper Garrett Zoukis Shares Dark Chord Record “Too Late”

For fans of: Mac Miller, J. Cole, Odd Future

Prolific LA rapper Garrett Zoukis has shared his new single “Too Late,” available to stream now on all DSPs worldwide. “Too Late” is a rap record driven by dark chords, 808s and bravado. Garrett created the track with two of his best friends on the last week of a 2-month studio lock out.

“It was inspired by a specific girl trying to get back in our lives after doing us dirty and my homie said ‘it’s too late!’ in this geeky way and we built the song off that idea of it being ‘too late’ – the girl’s gone, the deal’s done…it’s too late.”

Garrett Zoukis is a DMV-grown, LA-based artist that has elevated from a young, witty rapper with an online cult fan base to a polished lyricist and full spectrum artist who’s turning the heads of hip-hop’s heavyweights. After a series of releases in high school, Zoukis quickly gained buzz in the DMV area, jumping on tours with artists like Logic, Mike, & Skizzy Mars.

He went on to play division one baseball at the University of Cincinnati before hanging up his cleats to pursue music full time. Despite his athletic endeavors coming to an end, his music remains very popular among athletes. Zoukis has been making waves in LA the last couple years, dropping music consistently, finding viral success with his freestyle videos and selling out multiple shows at some of Hollywood’s most notable venues.

You can stream “Too Late” now, and fans can expect more new music from Garrett Zoukis this fall + winter.
