Alt-Indie 4-Piece Adult Leisure Reveal Heartbreak-Fueled Single “All For You”

Every moment of heartbreak captured across 4 minutes

“All For You”, the new single and accompanying music video from Bristol’s melodic alt-indie four-piece Adult Leisure is the second single released from their upcoming EP and the follow-up to their most recent single, and the EP’s first offering, “Bad Idea.”

“Although the theme of self-reflection is rife throughout ‘Present State Of Joy & Grief’, our 2nd single ‘All For You’ looks upon a fragmented bond, infidelity and loss. We wanted to tell a unique yet completely universal story. Every moment of heartbreak captured across 4 minutes.”

The band came together to form Adult Leisure following a thirst to create during the pandemic, formed via countless video calls during the heart of 2020’s UK lockdown.

Their critically acclaimed debut EP The Weekend Ritual was released in December of 2022, championed by the likes of BBC Radio 1, Variance Magazine, The Independent and RTE which quickly saw the band embark on multiple tours throughout the UK earning a handful of rave live reviews along the way.

Their second studio EP, releasing November 10th, Present State of Joy and Grief was recorded, produced and mixed by Ollie Searle at Humm Studios and mastered by Grant Berry (Boston Manor, Deaf Havana, Lottery Winners). The four-track all killer EP sees Adult Leisure blend their signature brand of glistening, jangly guitar lines, danceable grooves, disco beats and bittersweet vocals to explore unhealthy relationships, heartbreak, loss, change and self-reflection.

Discussing the EP, the band state: “When we began working on what would become Present State, we set out to create a cohesive body of work that felt true to the band we are now and the place that we’re at in our lives. Lathered in waves of self reflection and acceptance of life’s heavy hands, our sophomore EP is drenched in honesty, whilst full of groove and fury in equal measure.”
