LA rock trio Beauty School Dropout have announced their 2024 Fall tour with powerhouse duo Loveless and Julia Wolf, hitting the full gamut of US markets including LA, NYC, Toronto, Boston, & many others. The band is riding the high of their recent widely embraced sophomore album READY TO EAT, which has been championed by the likes of AltPress, SPIN, NME, Grammy.com, Kerrang, Rock Sound and many others.
The album’s first single “Freak” (feat. Jaden Hossler) premiered on MTV and fan favorite “dying to be you” received support on Dan Carter’s BBC1 show. BSD is currently in the studio working on their follow-up record and plans to start teasing music from it later this year.
READY TO EAT capped a banner 2023 for BSD, highlighted by an arena tour with Blink 182, opening for Matchbox Twenty in front of 16,000 fans, supporting Jaden Hossler on his U.S. tour, 4 shows at Lollapalooza (including the BMI stage in front of 3k fans), UK + European dates with Maggie Lindemann and Stand Atlantic, and Download Fest’s 20 Year Anniversary. The road warriors capped 2023 with a US headlining tour, where they sold out major markets including New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville.
Beauty School Dropout was signed by A&R Mark Hoppus under the new label Verswire with Pete Wentz and Sherry Saeedi, and have been turning heads since 2022. Resurrecting heavy guitar tones, charging drums, and sticky melodies, the band simultaneously stays true to the relatable and timeless emotional lyrics we all love.
