Hazl, West London rapper has just dropped his latest song “Plus 1” featuring T-Millzy. Hazl and T-Millzy are taking you back to the ‘90s. Pioneering a new wave of UK R&B/rap, their new single “Plus 1” brings about a revival of the old school. Co-produced, the club bounce combined with Hazl’s wavy flows and T’s cheeky word play provide those Summer vibes – it’s golden hour and you’ve a drink in your hand, buzzing with anticipation for the night ahead.
Him and T-Millzy are not only collaborators but also best friends from university and have developed a unique sound that won’t be found elsewhere in the UK.
Hailing from Southampton, T’s background as a grime MC and influences of 50 Cent, Skepta and AJ Tracey quickly proved to be a perfect fit with Hazl’s background of ’90s/’00s R&B. The West London rapper developed his unique style of melodic rap, taking influence from his biggest inspirations, such as Bryson Tiller, Chris Brown and Summer Walker. A match made in heaven.
With the release of “Plus 1,” these up and coming rappers are set to take over, showcasing the first of four singles for their Summer campaign.
