Netflix's latest animated film, 'Vivo', starring Lin-Manuel Miranda and Zoe Saldana is an, at times, unevenly paced story that doesn't quite nail its lofty messaging about the preservation of cultural tradition and other social critiques, leaving it as a merely watchable musical.
