Alice Phoebe Lou releases the official video for “Mind Reader” from her new album Oblivion. Released via Nettwerk Music Group, the radiant, self-produced album sees Alice reach past the unrelenting noise of modern life. Authentic and self-assured, she leans back into the sublime simplicity of her earlier sound, leaving space for imperfections to be cherished.
The “Mind Reader” official video is the second installment in a three-part visual series featuring TikTokers Izzy Perez and Emma Fuente, who are better known as TurtleWithHat. Dreamy acoustics peppered with flourishes of electric guitar fuse together flawlessly as Alice depicts a relationship with difficult communication. “I’m not a mind reader/ But I will try for you.” The video was directed by South Africa-born, New York-based filmmaker Jabu Nadia Newman, who chronicles an honest and intimate exploration of love, capturing the joy of new love, the ache of disconnection and the lasting imprint of creating shared memories.
Since the release of Oblivion, Alice has received widespread praise and has already surpassed 10 million streams worldwide.
Announced along with the album release, early 2026 will bring Alice’s Oblivion Tour to North America. Along the way, she will make major stops in New York City at Webster Hall, at Los Angeles’ The Wiltern and more. Yesterday, Alice was announced as the supporting artist on Laufey’s 2026 European tour.
