At the time, the sequence was scrapped because it would have made the film too long and too expensive.

The short film premiered in-game in Fortnite on November 30, 2025, via the game’s Discover tab. It’s built using Unreal Engine — combining motion-capture performance (including Uma Thurman as the Bride) and stylized Fortnite-style animation, bridging cinema and gaming.
After its in-game debut, Yuki’s Revenge will also be shown in select theaters starting December 5, 2025, as part of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair — a newly restored and unified director’s cut of Kill Bill Volume 1 and 2.
