FX has released the official trailer for Season 4 of its Emmy-winning series, The Bear, set to premiere on June 25, 2025, exclusively on Hulu. The new season promises intensified kitchen chaos, personal reckonings, and the return of familiar faces as the team at The Bear restaurant faces mounting pressures.
A Race Against Time
The trailer reveals that Carmy Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) and his crew have just 60 days to turn a profit or risk losing the restaurant. This ticking clock adds urgency to the already high-pressure environment, with Carmy striving to make The Bear a sanctuary for both staff and patrons. Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) challenges Carmy’s leadership style, cautioning against relying on “chaos and turmoil” as motivators. Meanwhile, a negative review from the Chicago Tribune threatens the restaurant’s reputation, criticizing its inconsistent menu and lack of focus.
Returning Cast and Emotional Reunions
Season 4 sees the return of key cast members, including Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Richie, Lionel Boyce as Marcus, Liza Colón-Zayas as Tina, Abby Elliott as Natalie “Sugar” Berzatto, Matty Matheson as Neil Fak, and Oliver Platt as Jimmy “Cicero” Kalinowski. Jamie Lee Curtis reprises her Emmy-winning role as Donna Berzatto, Carmy’s estranged mother, appearing at a family wedding and offering heartfelt advice. Molly Gordon returns as Claire, though her role in the new season remains under wraps.
The series continues under the direction of showrunners Christopher Storer and Joanna Calo. Notably, cast members Ayo Edebiri and Lionel Boyce have co-written an episode this season, marking their writing debuts on the show.
As the premiere date approaches, fans eagerly anticipate how Carmy and his team will navigate the challenges ahead, striving for excellence amid personal and professional turmoil.
