Netflix has released the official trailer for the highly anticipated fourth season of its Emmy-winning animated anthology series, Love, Death + Robots. Set to premiere on May 15, 2025, this new volume promises ten innovative shorts that blend sci-fi, horror, dark comedy, and fantasy, continuing the show’s tradition of pushing creative boundaries.
Season 4 boasts an impressive lineup of talent both in front of and behind the camera:
- David Fincher directs “Can’t Stop,” a surreal animated homage to the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ 2003 Slane Castle concert, featuring the band members as marionettes.
- Robert Valley‘s “400 BOYS” presents a post-apocalyptic tale of gang honor, with voice performances by John Boyega and others.
- Patrick Osborne helms “The Other Large Thing,” a story about a world-dominating cat, starring Chris Parnell and John Oliver.
- Tim Miller directs “Golgotha,” a live-action episode featuring Rhys Darby as aliens worship a dolphin messiah, and “The Screaming of The Tyrannosaur,” showcasing MrBeast and Bai Ling observing dinosaur gladiators.
