Weekly Shonen Jump Reveals Exact Release Date of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3

Revealed in the 41st issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump

The 41st issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump has revealed the release date of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 – The Conflict, debuting on October 5, 2024, at 11:00 p.m. JST on TV Tokyo and its affiliates.

This announcement has been long-awaited as the third part of the final arc approaches. Japanese rock band SIX LOUNGE will perform the opening theme song “Kotoba ni Sezu Tomo” (Even if You Don’t Say It), while suisoh will deliver the ending theme song “Monochrome,” both setting the stage for the intense continuation of the story.

The Thousand-Year Blood War arc marks the conclusion of the Bleach manga, covering volumes 55-74. This epic storyline features Ichigo Kurosaki and his allies battling the powerful Quincy army led by Yhwach, the father of all Quincies, in a war that will decide the fate of the Soul Society and the world of the living.

The anime first premiered in October 2022, wrapping up in December of the same year with a one-hour special that combined episodes 12 and 13. Viz Media streams the series on Hulu for the U.S. audience, while Disney+ streams it internationally, and Ani-One Asia broadcasts it in various Asian regions.

The second part premiered in July 2023, continuing to bring Bleach fans the thrilling adaptation of the final arc. The anime is planned to run for four parts in total, with breaks between each one, making the pacing more manageable while maintaining high-quality production.
