The teaser trailer shares the first glimpse at Jiji’s Evil Eye form, which will take place by the end of the Cursed House Arc. Jiji’s house is haunted by an evil spirit, and he has contacted several exorcists to drive it out. With his parents in the hospital, Jiji has no choice but to turn to Seiko for help.
These new characters will create fresh obstacles for Momo and Okarun, who will face even more dangerous threats. In addition, viewers can expect to see how the relationship between Momo and Okarun develops as they navigate these challenges together.
Production
The original voice cast, including Shion Wakayama as Momo and Natsuki Hanae as Okarun, is expected to return. Science Saru, the studio behind the visually dynamic first season, has not yet confirmed whether the same creative team will helm the sequel. However, fans are hopeful that director Fuga Yamashiro and composer Kensuke Ushio will return to maintain the anime’s signature style and energy.
