Dr. Stone: Future Science is Set to Air in 2025 Across 3 Split Quarters

Alongside an art exhibit taking place in Tokyo

Dr. Stone has officially announced that its final season will air in 2025 across three split quarters. Officially titled Dr. Stone: Science Future, staff of the show also announced the series’ art exhibit taking place in Tokyo in the month of November, before going to Fukuoka and Osaka, along with other locations, to celebrate Dr. Stone’s fifth anniversary. 

Dr. Stone: Science Future is a story about rebuilding civilization after everyone turns to stone. It started as a manga drawn by Boichi and written by Riichirou Inagaki. The manga was really popular and ran from 2017 to 2022.

After the manga became famous, it was adapted into an anime series. The first anime came out in 2019, and it was really well-liked. Because of its popularity, they made a second season called “Stone Wars” in 2021. Then, in 2022, they released a special episode about a character named Ryusui.

The story continued with a third season called “New World” which came out in two parts. The first part was in 2023, and the second part finished at the end of 2023.

The Story

Dr. Stone is a story about a world where everyone is turned into stone. Two thousand years later, a genius named Senku wakes up and decides to rebuild civilization. He uses science to bring back his friends and together they work to create a new world filled with technology. It’s a thrilling adventure filled with science, survival, and friendship.

The epic journey of Senku and his friends to rebuild civilization will continue into 2025 with the final season. To give the story its proper due, the anime will be split into three parts, airing throughout the year.
