Wilco main man Jeff Tweedy has just announced that his new book is coming later in 2023, titled World Within a Song: Music That Changed My Life and Life That Changed My Music. The book will be an exploration of 50 songs (including some of his own) that have had a significant impact on his personal and creative development. The exact publishing date is November 7 via Dutton.
As Pitchfork notes, World Within a Song is the third monograph from the Wilco bandleader, following his 2018 memoir Let’s Go (So We Can Get Back) and 2020’s How to Write One Song. The announcement arrives just a few days after Wilco earned a Best Historical Album Grammy for their 20th anniversary reissue of Yankee Hotel Foxtrot.
