Today we’re excited to premiere the latest single from up-and-coming artist, Jay Americana. The Atlanta-based artist blends genres into his own unique sound, combining elements of hip-hop, electronica, and more.
“Sweat” is the latest single from his soon-to-be-released EP, 555. The song is meant to replicate the pounding sound and intense atmosphere of a dance floor. Lyrically, it is absolutely self-indulgent and braggadocious, but that doesn’t last.

Inspired by a trip to NYC in 2021, the project reflects the exploration of the NYC nightlife for the very first time, navigating lust and love, and finding yourself in the noise.
