Migos arrived last week with a video for the Pharrell assisted “Stir Fry” single off (the slightly disappointing) Culture II. Keeping with the different sound of the song they go with kung-fu/Asian vibes for the visuals. Watching the Migos stunt double pull off martial arts choreography is as comical as it sounds. In addition, Snoop Dogg pulls a Pastor Ma$e and goes to church (no seriously), Iggy Azalea makes a rare post-Fancy appearance in case anyone was wondering, Fabolous & Jadakiss keep it grounded and real for their “Soul Food” video, and Justin Timberlake gave us his 4th promised video off his latest album. And that makes it 4 for 4 videos that I’m not feeling all that much.
Much like her Grammys performance, P!nk keeps these very stripped down and personal for her “Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken” video and Halsey does much the same for her “Sorry” video albeit with a bit more background flare. I wasn’t fully convinced about her at first but the more I see and hear from her the more I see what all the fuss is about.
Check out everything I rounded up below and let me know which ones were your favorites.
